In another time I was a molecular biologist and worked in a laboratory. Now I am a photographer, drone pilot, web designer and much more. Already in my childhood, my parents aroused my curiosity for this world when we explored the lakes of Switzerland on a sailing ship during our holidays. Even back then I dreamed of rain forests, coral reefs and high mountains. For this and much more, I am infinitely grateful to them.

All of this I now can discover and experience. Our journey makes my life a dream. Again and again I am surprised by the beauty and diversity of our earth when I look out of our window in the morning. This is not just a journey, this is a life in freedom.

I was born and raised on the beautiful lake of Biel and already as a child I went with my father on challenging hikes in the Bernese Oberland or raced down snow slopes somewhere in the Swiss mountains… Later I lived and worked in the capital of Switzerland for many years. Bern is also the city I always like to return home to embrace my friends.

Infected by the travel bug, I however prefer to follow the call out into the wide world and enjoy its nature above and below water, experience different cultures and everything our planet has to offer. It took me a few years to finally set off for the adventure of my life. But now I have stored the suit and tie of my former banker existence and instead I enjoy day by day priceless moments along the Pan-American Highway from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego.
